With the ITP Maintenance Program, all new system purchases are protected by a one-year warranty on parts and labour. As your communication solutions provider, you can expect fast, effective response times. ITP’s response times are guaranteed for clients with a Maintenance Agreement, and take priority over calls by clients without a Maintenance Agreement. Rates for the Maintenance Agreement include travel, weekend, and administrative fees.
With ITP’s Maintenance Program, you can expect response times of:
- Emergency Service Calls – 2 Hour Response Time
- Normal Service Calls – 24 Hour Response Time
- Moves, Additions, or Changes – 5 Working Days Response Time

Service Maintenance Plan
ITP’s one-year service maintenance plan gives your business peace of mind, by having a service technician on-call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When required, we can also bring in backup support from our product manufacturers. Those without a maintenance plan will be invoiced for time and materials.
