CONFERENCE CALLING:

ITP Conference Calling gets your business started with conference calling at affordable and low rates with good quality voice and secure functionality. 

Standard Features:

• Ad Hock: Meetings can be established at a moment’s notice by anyone, inside or outside the office
• Scheduled Conference: Meetings can be scheduled in advance. Email notices are sent to participants with time, date an conference room number
• Conference Recording: Conference leaders can record conferences. Participants will be notified upon entering the conference that the conference is recorded. Recording is available to be emailed to participants.
• Organizer Control: Conference leader receives an exclusive PIN Code. PIN codes restrict admission to the conference. They are generated by the system and are included in the notification email that is sent to each invitee
• Email notification: The system sends an email notification containing time, date, conference room number and purpose of the conference.
• SMS Notification: Once scheduled, the system sends an SMS text message via cell phone to notify participants.
• Outlook Integration: Since email notification contains a calendar event, it is recognized by Microsoft Outlook.  Outlooks pops up a conference reminder with the relevant conference information.
