| Q: Will the telephone number change when switching lines to ITP? |
A: Absolutely not. Through the advanced technology of Local Number Portability (LNP) all telephone numbers will remain the same.

| Q: Will our business still have a listing in the white pages and yellow pages? |
A: Yes. Every business is entitled to one basic listing in the white pages and yellow pages. For any modifications from a basic listing (ie. fax listing, bold print, ad copy) extra charges apply and the client will need to contact Acti Media/Tele-Direct directly.
