All new systems purchased are protected with a one (1) year parts and labour warranty. This covers all costs related to the malfunction of the telephone system you have purchased.
Response Times
- Emergency Service Calls: 2 Hour emergency response time. Normal Service Calls: 24 hour normal response time;
- Move, Additions, Changes: 5 working days response
Response times are guaranteed for clients with a Maintenance Agreement and have priority status over any other service call that is placed by other clients without a Maintenance Agreement. Maintenance Agreements Rates include travel time, weekends and administration fees.

Service Maintenance Plan
Our full service warranty ensures your peace of mind. ITP's staff of service technicians are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If and when required, further back up support is also available from the manufacturers of the product we supply. Without a Service Maintenance Agreement, service calls are invoiced on a Time and Material basis.
